Financial Advisor - Growth and Client Acquisition
RFG Advisory, LLC, Denver, Colorado, United States, 80285
Description
Our partner, DesignWealth, a growing advisory firm in the Denver area, a growth-oriented Financial Advisor who thrives on prospecting, presenting, and converting new client relationships—while guiding people with clarity, integrity, and purpose.
This role is for someone who enjoys owning the front end of the client journey: initiating conversations, leading discovery, presenting solutions, and earning trust through education—not pressure. Success is measured by activity, conversion, and consistent execution, paired with a genuine commitment to helping clients understand their options and stay in control of their financial decisions.
This is not a service-only or portfolio-management role. Advisory knowledge matters, but impact starts with disciplined sales execution and the ability to confidently guide prospects through meaningful financial conversations.
