Job Duties Role will function as a Real Estate Specialist who is responsible for engaging vendors to negotiate renewal amendments, replacement leases, and resolving landlord issues such as rent and option payments, application of annual escalators, and overall maintenance of landlord‑tenant relationships in collaboration with the HQ Lease Administration group. The specialist will also respond to requests from Network Assurance, HQ Lease Administration, and other Real Estate Specialists for assistance with site issues like access, health & safety, and will manage modification projects to our cell sites, which includes selecting vendors, attending project management calls with relevant updates, maintaining accurate forecasting of dates, and managing purchase orders associated with the project.
Project manage the project and communicate with other groups on status in a timely manner
Provide guidance to site acquisition vendors on deal terms
Manage the purchase order process for vendors and outside counsel
Review contracts to establish Verizon rights as they relate to access and site modification activities
Engage and interact with in‑house legal on lease‑lease disputes and other legal matters
Proactively establish a cadence for follow‑up with vendors on assigned work
Assist in administrative tasks as requested
Prepare lease packages for signature by approved signor
Education / Certifications
Associate’s degree or 10 years of wireless real estate experience
Real estate license desired but not required
Logistics This is a full‑time position and the schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. The position requires in‑office work on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in Lone Tree, CO.
