Job Description: This position is open only to U.S. citizens and Green Card holders. No visa candidates, please.

Asset Management Services offers comprehensive asset management services and products for clients financial advisors.

Hybrid Opportunity- The role is hybrid, in-office every Thursday/Friday and every other Wednesday. Candidates must be located local to Memphis, TN or St. Petersburg, FL.

Laptop will be provided

Under general supervision, use skills obtained through experience and training to reconcile account activity between multiple sources.

Reviews standard issues, analyzes and interprets data and determines appropriate corrective action.

Supports and complies with established policies and procedures.

Reviews daily tasks for accuracy and completeness.

Maintains detailed records/notes to ensure all client requests are logged and completed in a timely fashion.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of basic customer operations and the financial industry.

Basic accounting concepts and principles.

Able to calculate basic equations and enter financial data accurately.

Interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills sufficient to interact with associates at all levels of the organization.

Numerical aptitude and critical thinking sufficient to solve operational problems.

Adhere to a schedule.

Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Financial Services industry experience is a plus

High School Degree or equivalent with at least two (2) years of customer service experience. Past accounting or reconciliation experience preferred.
