$32 to $35/hour (Depending on experience)

Experience:

5 years of community association management experience is required.

Education:

An active Florida CAM license is required.

Type:

Full-time; Temp-to-Perm

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (Availability to work weekends as needed)

HH Staffing is seeking a Community Association Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for the Board of Directors

Oversee day-to-day association operations

Ensure compliance with Florida association laws, statutes, and updates

Coordinate, supervise, and direct the on-site maintenance team

Manage vendor relationships and oversee service contracts

Review contracts for pricing, scope, cancellations, and legal language

Address and resolve association-related issues, violations, and resident concerns

Maintain strong organizational oversight in a high-traffic Airbnb environment

Utilize property management software (AppFolio)

Position Requirements

Experience with AppFolio

Strong knowledge of association operations (HOA/COA)

Proven experience working directly with Boards of Directors

Solid understanding of Florida statutes and association governance

Demonstrated leadership over maintenance and on-site staff

Strong contract review and vendor management experience

Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-visibility property

Reliable transportation
