8:30 AM-5:30 PM
(onsite, not flexible)

Collaborative, fast-moving, and highly customer-focused
Who We're Looking For
2+ years of office-based customer service experience required
Comfortable navigating and updating data in
Excel
Confident, articulate phone presence - you\'ll be speaking with customers all day
Degree not required
A Day in the Life
Handle 20-30 incoming calls per day
with a helpful, solution-oriented mindset
Support customers with order entry, product details, tracking updates, and general inquiries
Input orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining clean, organized data
Collaborate closely with your team of three to keep operations running smoothly
Communicate cross-functionally to ensure customers receive quick, clear, and accurate support
