As a
Digital Print Production Operator , you will be responsible for job setup and printing using our HP Indigo 7900 presses. You will be in charge of calibrating printers and color‑matching projects against our client's Pantone colors / previous jobs. You will also manage the service and maintenance of the machines as needed.

Digital Print Production Operator Role Responsibilities
Responsible for operating HP Indigo 7900 presses
Works with Production Manager to prioritize and manage daily job production
Produces orders accurately, efficiently, and quickly while maintaining the highest quality standards
Updates job status and location in MIS system
Always runs a proof copy and compares it to the work order
Controls waste and redos by quality‑checking jobs as they are being produced
Completes Quality Assurance documents for all printed jobs
Tracks waste, spoilage, usage, and inventory for all digital printing machines
Maintains all Digital Printing Equipment logs
Maintains a clean and organized work environment
Performs all required maintenance and learns extended maintenance from the technician and offsite HP Indigo Certified press operator training
Calibrates presses daily to maintain color consistency
Monitors color consistency during all print runs and makes adjustments as necessary
Other duties as assigned
Digital Print Production Operator Qualifications
HP Indigo 7 series printing experience is preferred but not required
Ability to multi-task and organize several activities and tasks concurrently
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime, if needed
Ability to maximize profit through the efficient use of time and equipment
Is proficient with the use of HP DFE to control digital workflow
