Compensation
Competitive salary range: $110,000 – $200,000, commensurate with experience
Comprehensive benefits package
Support for obtaining Property & Casualty licensing (if not already licensed)
Responsibilities
Underwrite and manage a diverse portfolio of accounts with a generalist focus, including real estate (property, liability, auto)
Assess risks and determine appropriate coverage and pricing
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and accurate underwriting processes
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Provide exceptional service to clients and stakeholders
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of underwriting experience
Strong knowledge of commercial lines underwriting; MGA/wholesale experience is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with an initial focus on in-office training (3 days per week)
Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license (company-sponsored if not already licensed)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
