This role is designed for an experienced agency recruiter seeking consistent req flow, uncapped earning potential, and placements that directly support schools and students. You will recruit for school-based roles across education and healthcare. Special education teachers, therapists, nurses, aides, and support staff. The desk stays busy with a high volume of open roles and a strong flow of inbound applicants, not just cold outreach all day. There is no MSP or VMS layer. You work directly on your roles and placements. The schedule is hybrid with three in-office days each week in Mid-Wilshire. Base salary starts at $70,304 with uncapped commissions tied directly to your placements.

What You’ll Do

Manage full-cycle recruiting for school-based roles

Work a steady pipeline of active openings

Screen and engage a high volume of inbound applicants

Source candidates through outreach and referrals as needed

Interview candidates, manage offers, and coordinate start dates

Maintain relationships that lead to repeat placements

What You’ll Bring

2+ years of agency or high-volume recruiting experience

Experience managing a large, weekly roster of active candidates

Comfort working a fast-moving desk with competing priorities

Strong judgment when assessing candidate fit

Clear communication and follow-through

This pay range represents Covelo Group’s good-faith minimum and maximum range at the time of posting. Actual compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
