Responsibilities
Greet and tour prospective residents.
Promote available units and amenities via online platforms, signage, and outreach.
Explain lease terms, application requirements, and pricing.
Process and maintain accurate resident files.
Work closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed.
Process re-certifications, renewals, and assist with retention efforts.
Understand and communicate lease provisions and community policies to new and current residents.
Assist applicants with the application process.
Create and update the waitlist.
Complete any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by the Property Manager.
Ensure resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.
Conduct move‑in/move‑out inspections with residents.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of LIHTC regulations, income limits, and compliance rules

Spanish speaking
- Required
Knowledge of Property Management software: Yardi
- Preferred
Knowledge of affordable housing/government programs
Excellent customer service: someone who can navigate all types of situations.
Understand and comply with state landlord–tenant law, Fair Housing laws and Cal‑OSHA.
Knowledge of Excel, Word Document, and Outlook.
Works well under pressure and maintains a positive friendly attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.

Pay:
$24 - $25 hourly
Schedule:
Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm) May also work weekends. May be asked to work overtime.
