Role Description The Relationship Banker is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Baltimore, MD. In this position, the individual will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to provide exceptional financial services and guidance tailored to meet their financial goals. Responsibilities include assisting with various banking transactions, identifying customer needs, offering appropriate financial solutions, and promoting products and services such as loans and accounts. Additional duties include maintaining compliance with banking regulations, collaborating with team members, and delivering outstanding customer service in day‑to‑day interactions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Relationship Building and Customer Service to cultivate lasting connections with clients and ensure a positive experience.

Knowledge of Financial Services and Finance to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking and investment products.

Experience with Loans, including assessing financial eligibility and assisting clients with the loan application process.

Strong communication, problem‑solving, and time management skills to handle customer interactions effectively and efficiently.

Ability to thrive in an in‑person, collaborative environment and adapt to a fast‑paced banking setting.

Prior experience in a financial or customer service role is beneficial. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
