Responsibilities
Targeting, sourcing, consulting, engaging, and retaining prospective Candidates through cold calls, warm calls, email, or outreach using a sourcing tool or technique.
Business development and networking with hiring authorities and potential clients.
Assessing candidate talent and fit for current and future jobs.
Crafting, identifying, and executing effective targeting and messaging strategies to procure top talent for the firm’s requisitions.
Researching to create effective candidate pipelines for the firm.
Providing market insights and aid in communication to Clients.
Properly recording information in our database.
Qualifications
Ideal candidate will have experience recruiting on the agency side.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively articulate ideas.
Ability to leverage recruiting or sourcing software to develop and execute effective successful strategies.
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and self-starter mentality.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to work well independently and collaborate in a team environment.
Ethical and of utmost integrity required.
