Responsibilities

Accurately manage bi-weekly payroll in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Respond promptly and accurately any employee inquiries regarding benefit changes, payroll questions and HRIS issues.

Conduct regular audits of benefit enrollments, and payroll deductions to billing for accuracy.

Responsible for employee leave administration including completion of FMLA forms and accurately tracking time off in HRIS system.

Lead the administration of new hire and ongoing employee benefits, changes, and inquiries.

Collaborate with hiring managers and review staffing matrix to post positions when necessary.

Assist with creation of job descriptions, job postings and interview questions.

Complete phone screenings and sit in on select interviews.

Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner for orientation.

Conduct all new hire orientation sessions.

Collaborate with the Executive Director of Human Resources on various HR-related policies, procedures, initiatives, and projects.
