Human Resources Associate
to support the continued evolution of our HR team. In this role, you will work closely with the VPs of HR to ensure accurate, timely completion of all HR paperwork and administrative responsibilities. What You Bring A “people‑first” mindset when supporting vendors, partners, team members, and leaders. A proactive approach, always considering the broader impact of your work. Strong self‑motivation and the ability to work independently. Commitment to handling all team‑member information with discretion. Confidence in navigating HR policies and employment laws—and knowing where to find answers when needed. Natural problem‑solving skills, paired with initiative and sound judgment. The ability to collaborate with leaders across regions while ensuring compliance with company policies. A service‑oriented approach that mirrors the luxury experience our properties deliver to residents. Accuracy and diligence in processing and organizing all required documentation, including digitizing and labeling HRIS files. An eye for detail when reviewing the Employee Handbook and supporting its rollout across communities. Strong organizational, prioritization, and coordination abilities. Ownership of the HR team inbox, ensuring messages are routed quickly and appropriately. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for partnership and creative problem‑solving. A positive, energetic attitude toward challenges. High standards of professionalism and presentation. Experience planning and executing team events or celebrations. A passion for HR and a commitment to continuous learning. Experience in luxury‑service environments is a plus. Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing business needs. Additional Qualifications Experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus but not required.
