What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide specialized audiovisual support within Deskside Services, ensuring the functionality of conference room technologies
Assist customers with scheduled rooms to verify seamless operation of all components
Perform proactive inspections and maintenance to prevent issues during meetings and events
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to audiovisual equipment
Deliver strong customer service and interpersonal support to enhance user experiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of experience in audio/visual (A/V) roles or responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree, or 1.5 years of additional experience in lieu of one year of a typical degree program
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Proficiency in audiovisual equipment setup and troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving skills for AV integration and connectivity issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
Experience in maintaining and inspecting conference room technologies
Strong communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with clients
Previous experience in a corporate or large organization setting
