We are a fast-paced commercial retail property company located on the Las Vegas Strip looking for an Assistant Property Manager. This position is primarily a support person to the General Manager and is responsible for routine day-to-day property operations within established guidelines.
Essential Job Functions
Function as main contact when General Manager is unavailable.
Assists manager, interfacing with tenants, vendors, contractors, and customers.
Duties include the preparation of budget, and other reports.
Assist in collections of rent and tenant sales information.
Prepare property reports and understand work order system.
Analyze Tenant Lease to include CAM and rent.
Duties to include AR, AP, tenant, and various billings.
General bookkeeping
Prepare Lease Abstracts
Assist General Manager regarding policies, procedures, and decisions effecting the operations and maintenance of the property.
Vendor scheduling and follow up.
Update tenant and vendor COI.
Computer literate in MS Windows Office including Spreadsheet applications, Power Point, Excel and Yardi, a plus.
Prepares reports, spreadsheets as required.
Performs administrative duties to include answering and screening telephone calls, typing and proofreading materials.
Prepare routine correspondence, scheduling appointments.
Assist in overseeing tenant improvement work.
Social media skills a plus
Weekly, monthly reporting as required.
Vendor contract and lease administration.
Performs other related duties, as assigned.
Required
Minimum 2 – 3 years Property Management. Computer skills.
Administration experience.
Communication skills.
Valid Driving License.
