The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, navigating the real estate process, and managing client relationships professionally. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, maintaining knowledge of local market trends, and leveraging HOWSR’s modern tools and builder relationships to provide exceptional service.
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License and in-depth understanding of real estate principles and practices.
Strong skills in Sales and Real Property transactions.
Exceptional Customer Service and communication abilities.
Proficiency in managing real estate processes and familiarity with modern real estate tools and technology.
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience with new construction properties and builder relationships is a plus.
