Who You’ll Work With
We are seeking a San Antonio based Client Relationship Associate to join our Client Services Department in Global Technology & Operations. AllianceBernstein Investor Services Client Services is an inbound call center comprised of teams responsible for servicing AllianceBernstein (AB) shareholders, financial advisors, and other teams within AB. ABIS is the transfer agent for AB mutual funds distributed through retail intermediaries. The members of this team leverage various desktop tools and proprietary systems to access shareholder account information, process financial transactions and maintenance, and perform other functions.
What You’ll Do
Answer calls from AB shareholders, investment professionals and internal groups.
Process account transactions and updates.
Perform various forms of account research, review and produce shareholder correspondence.
Execute other tasks, projects and roles as business needs arise.
Role is 5 days per week (weekdays) and requires working in the office 3 days per week.
What We’re Looking For
Knowledge of mutual fund operations is preferred, but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organization and follow‑up skills.
Proficiency in office desktop packages such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to change.
Ability to work independently when applicable and cooperatively in a team setting.
Customer‑focused and extremely flexible.
Demonstrated ability to develop skills through training and coaching feedback.
Willingness to learn new applications as needed.
PC proficiency, proven ability to multi‑task, excellent attention to detail, strong problem‑solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
Knowledge within the financial industry is helpful but not required.
