Role Overview We’re hiring Jr. Loan Officers to join a growing mortgage team in Old Town Scottsdale. This role is built for people who want a long‑term career in finance, enjoy talking with people, and like having clear goals and uncapped earning potential.

No mortgage experience is required—training, licensing support, and a starting salary are provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

Train directly with high-performing Mortgage Bankers and leadership.

Learn loan products, lending rules, and the full loan process.

Make and receive calls with warm leads from multiple referral sources.

Use the company’s CRM and loan origination systems.

Guide clients through next steps with clear communication and follow-through.

Participate in team meetings, sales coaching, contests, and performance incentives.

Work in an on‑site, fast‑paced environment where effort and consistency matter.

What Success Looks Like

Passing the required licensing exam within the first two weeks.

Learning systems and starting to fund loans by weeks 3–5.

Delivering consistent, friendly, accurate customer communication.

Managing a growing pipeline while staying organized and policy‑aligned.

Hitting volume goals that lead to higher commission tiers and promotions.

Being dependable, coachable, and able to follow a structured playbook.

Requirements Must‑Have (non‑negotiable)

Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, military, or commission‑based experience.

Comfortable making and taking high volumes of phone calls.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to study, learn quickly, and operate within clear procedures.

Willing and able to pass the NMLO SAFE licensing exam (company pays once).

Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Nice‑to‑Have (teachable/optional)

Experience using a CRM or working in a metrics‑driven job.

Familiarity with financial services or lending processes.

Comfort working toward performance targets or commissions.

Important Realities (No Surprises)

Training is structured and fast‑paced—20+ hours of study in week one.

You must pass the licensing exam on the first attempt; those who do not pass are released but may reapply later.

This is an on‑site role; remote work is not available.

High expectations, friendly competition, and consistent activity are part of the culture.

Success is tied to call volume, accuracy, and responsiveness.

Studying outside work hours is strongly encouraged during the first two weeks.

Pay, Schedule & Logistics

Commission: Uncapped

Year 1 Expected Earnings: $85,000–$125,000.

Bonus Structure: Tiered basis‑point volume bonuses with higher tiers as you progress.

Advancement: Clear path to Tier 2 and Executive Loan Officer roles (higher earning potential).

Worksite: On‑site in the Old Town Scottsdale office.

Start Date: March 8, 2026.
