Our client, a mission-based organization, is seeking a dedicated Executive Recruiting Consultant to support an immediate hiring need. This person will own the search for an integral and highly visible leadership position for their office in Chicago.
The right recruiter for the role must have experience sourcing, managing, and closing executive roles. Placing non-profit leadership is a plus, but not a requirement.
This person can be located anywhere, but must be self-motivated, proactive, and communicative.
Exact timeline will depend, but they're expecting the search to last at least 2-3 months.
Approximately 20 hours/week estimated
Hourly compensation will be determined DOE.
