Job Description We are looking for a motivated and experienced

US Bench Sales Recruiter

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing our bench candidates (such as US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, and OPT consultants) to potential clients and staffing partners. You should be well‑versed with the US job market and have strong connections with vendors and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities

Market bench candidates to job opportunities through job portals, social media, and vendor networks.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners, direct clients, and staffing agencies.

Understand the skills and experience of each consultant to match them with suitable job opportunities.

Negotiate pay rates and close deals effectively.

Maintain and update candidate databases and track submissions.

Provide regular updates to management on candidate status and pipeline.

Required Skills

1–3 years of hands‑on experience in US IT Bench Sales.

Strong understanding of IT technologies and job requirements.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with vendors and clients.

Familiarity with job boards such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and others.

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred

Experience working with OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and US Citizen candidates.

Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types.
