professional to support strategy and execution of customer experience initiatives, including digital content, marketing automation, and CRM tools targeting patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Responsibilities
Provide strategic guidance on the adoption and integration of marketing technologies to support personalized customer engagement and promotional efforts. Maintain a strong understanding of marketing platforms and their interaction with digital channels to optimize performance across the customer ecosystem. Develop and execute integrated digital and non-personal promotion strategies to support brand and business objectives. Identify and share best practices in customer journey design, marketing automation, and digital engagement, while evaluating new tools and capabilities. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement and optimize omnichannel strategies and customer experience initiatives. Requirements
Therapeutic Area: Endocrinology is highly preferred Minimum of 3-5+ years of industry experience Experience in Pharma/CRO/3rd party is a must Deep understanding of digital channel best practices, digital marketing digital ecosystem and the technical data
