
Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Job Description This position supports the plant sales and procurement team by handling customer quotations. The role involves reviewing requests and collaborating with internal and external partners to collect and input data onto quotation sheets for customer delivery.
*This is currently running as a 3 month contract role, can run longer based on department needs
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Collaborate with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in data entry.
Experience with Microsoft Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the manufacturing industry.
Prior experience inputting data in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners to gather data.
Work Environment The work environment includes both office and manufacturing settings. The position offers a flexible schedule with typical hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., though some weeks may be less than 40 hours. The opportunity to work in other areas, such as supporting procurement or conducting inventory counts, is available if full-time hours are required.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
