Job Description On behalf of our client, Procom Services is searching for a Corporate Recruiter for a contract opportunity in Richardson, TX.

Corporate Recruiter Job Details

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening/interviewing, selection and hiring prospective employees.

Responsibilities

Source, recruit and screen/interview qualified candidates through efficient and cost effective methods.

Assess talent and skills of applicants.

Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources to develop/execute various recruiting strategies.

Review job descriptions and develop into internal/external job postings.

Confer with management to identify hiring requirements, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills.

Provide information about job opportunities to potential applicants.

Utilize an Applicant Tracking System for sourcing/tracking candidates.

Mandatory Skills

8+ Years experience within a human resource staffing function

4+ Years experience in a corporate recruiting environment with full cycle staffing responsibility and a heavy emphasis on creative candidate sourcing.

Experience hiring in the high tech industry is preferred;

Demonstrable sales recruitment experience is required

Candidate must possess excellent sourcing skills with a demonstrated ability to build a talent pipeline

Past experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is required.

Competency with PC software tools including the Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills/Abilities

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Must possess proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade candidate hiring decisions.

Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.

Results oriented, self-motivated and creative.
