About the Firm Our client has an immediate opening for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join their team in their St. Louis office. This is a strong career opportunity with an excellent platform at an AmLaw 100 firm offering exposure to sophisticated real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and debt and equity deals across multiple markets.
Qualifications
5+ years of real estate paralegal experience in a large law firm setting.
Strong knowledge of due diligence processes, title and survey review, closing coordination, and real estate conveyance documents.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
Responsibilities
Perform and coordinate due diligence (title commitments, surveys, zoning reports).
Prepare title and survey objection letters.
Assist in the preparation and review of real estate conveyance and closing documents.
Coordinate closings for acquisitions, dispositions and financings.
Prepare closing books, draft and file UCC financing statements, leases, purchase contracts, easements and deeds.
Interface with firm clients and outside entities on assigned matters.
Job Details Full‑time, in‑office role (5 days per week) located in St. Louis. Salary $80K-$100K per year.
