
Responsibilities
Proactively find and cultivate relationships with KOLs to inform commercial strategies and enhance brand influence. Oversee HCP speaker identification, engagement, training, and content development to ensure impactful, compliant presentations. Monitor and report on speaker bureau performance metrics, using data to refine engagement tactics and optimize effectiveness. Plan and execute KOL and executive leadership interactions across conferences, internal meetings, and in-field engagements. Collect and analyze insights to help guide commercial and marketing strategies. Develop and maintain strategic engagement plans, aligning scope with commercial and launch priorities Collaborate on the creation of compliant marketing materials that resonate with HCPs and patient communities. Work closely with field teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliant execution of initiatives. Foster partnerships with patient advocacy groups and professional societies to extend thought leadership beyond clinical stakeholders and into community landscapes. Maintain the highest standards of compliant communication and engagement across all initiatives. Capture, analyze, and present actionable insights regularly (e.g., quarterly reports) to influence brand strategy, launch planning, and competitive positioning. Requirements
7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology thought leader engagement, field marketing or sales, with a focus on institutional/academic customers required In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, specifically institutional/academic accounts. Experience in Hematology, Transplant, Rheumatology, or Infectious Disease preferred Proven track record of successfully managing Key Opinion Leaders and complex accounts Strong communication and presentation skills Proven record of meeting or exceeding business KPIs Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, market trends, and customer insights. Experience working in Veeva, CRM systems and sales analytics tools Ability to travel as required ~50% of the time to meet with customers and attend industry events Pay Range
$184,000 - $245,000 The pay range represents the expected full-time base salary for this role at the time of posting. Actual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, and education. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for both an annual short-term incentive (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity), reflecting our commitment to rewarding strong performance and long-term impact.
