Responsibilities
Providescustomer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations andcommunications. Ensures that good customer relations are maintained andcustomer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and inaccordance with the consumer laws.
Developsorganization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.
Developsimprovement plans in response to customer surveys.
Thisposition requires knowledge that is acquired through experience, specializededucation or training.
Therole has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines toaid in decision making.
Thejob has a basic understanding of work routines and procedures in owndiscipline. The technical procedures for this level are well defined.
