
Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Description
You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability. In this role, you will be an integral part of a sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and execute an integrated territory business plan encompassing key accounts. Deliver clinical brand specific presentations of products to physicians and other appropriate health care professionals.
Responsibilities
Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan to maximize sales.
Develop and build professional relationships with key HCPs in the assigned geography.
Drive appropriate utilization of product while working closely with other commercial associates to generate pull‑through within local payers and community HCPs.
Leverage insights and knowledge of therapeutic, market, and competitor information to effectively manage business and challenges.
Essential Requirements
BA/BS degree required.
3+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
Consistent track record of documented top‑tier sales accomplishments.
Ability to identify key decision makers, develop positive relationships, and demonstrate strong customer dedication.
Desired Requirements
Allergy/Immunology experience preferred.
Experience calling on pediatricians in the designated territory geography.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $97,500. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
