The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, and provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and written communication. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear information about services, accounts, and processes. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in CRM systems. Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward timely and effective solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues when required. Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service while meeting productivity and performance goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict-resolution skills. Active listening and empathy when addressing customer concerns. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service tools. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred. 1–5 years of experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles. Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information. Flexible to work day, evening, or weekend shifts as needed.
