Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries effectively Proficiency in data entry and managing customer records with accuracy and attention to detail Problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues and deliver solutions efficiently Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software applications Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Customer service experience is preferred; experience in the healthcare or home medical equipment industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent is required
