Dealer Business Development Manager - POS/Payments at Global Payments summary: The Dealer Business Development Manager manages and assists our Dealer Channel with all things Global Payments POS & Synergy revenue related. This role’s purpose is to be the Dealer’s advocate and ambassador for reselling Global Payments POS and associated products and to drive revenue through the referral of card and payroll. Responsibilities
Manage Dealer contracts, quotas, territories and recruitment/terminations. Learn, teach and facilitate all policies, procedures, and product advantages to grow revenue of the Dealers in the divisions assigned. Act as the face in their divisions for the Dealer Program and all things Global Payments POS related. Maintain extreme attention to detail to ensure every Dealer and Dealer prospect is communicated with and mentored efficiently and professionally. Master all “product specific” Dealer-facing documentation, the Dealer Manual, Dealer processes, price list, authorized Dealer list, and training materials. Assist Dealers with growing their leads, respond to RFP/RFIs, sell & close POS business, and manage relationships with local Global Payments card and payroll communities. Serve as the primary contact for any Dealer-related escalations. Travel throughout the US; travel may account for more than 24 weeks per year. Compensation
