About the Role The Digital Banker will handle online applications, acquire and retain customers, and develop business through digital channels. This position will focus on driving digital transformation and improving customer engagement while collaborating with other bank departments.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Support digital banking strategies to enhance customer experience and drive growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions with existing systems.
Monitor and analyze digital banking trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement or areas of concern.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Provide digital support and guidance to First PREMIER’s digital customer base via phone or chat.
Assist in the testing and implementation of new digital banking services and products.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Ability to concentrate, multi‑task and work independently.
Bachelor’s degree in business is preferred.
Minimum of 1-year financial services/banking experience required.
Extended periods of sitting and working on a computer is required.
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
Work environment is a standard office setting.
