Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Macon, GA, for a Real Estate Closer & Post Closer. The primary responsibilities include preparing and managing closing documents, coordinating escrow and settlement processes, facilitating real estate closings, and ensuring compliance with title insurance requirements. The role also involves managing transactional agreements through to post-closing tasks while maintaining accuracy and operational efficiency. Interaction with clients, lenders, and other legal professionals is a key part of this role. Qualifications Experience in handling Real Estate Closings and working with Escrow processes Proficiency in managing Contractual Agreements and overseeing Contract Management tasks Knowledge of Title Insurance practices and regulations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and external stakeholders Ability to work effectively on-site and meet deadlines under pressure Prior experience in a real estate or legal services setting preferred Familiarity with real estate software and tools is a plus
