Purpose of Position The Owner Account Administrator is responsible for processing the set‑up of new and revised Owner accounts for an assigned region. The role reviews Owner account contracts to ensure sales language and data requirements are defined accurately and align with company guidelines and policies.
Tasks And Responsibilities
Reviews owner account contracts to ensure sales language and data requirements are defined accurately and align with company guidelines and policies, collaborates with Legal and Sales departments to resolve contractual discrepancies, and provides feedback to management and department liaisons.
Processes account set‑up for new and revised owner accounts for the assigned region, creates supporting documents and billing packets in compliance with contractual agreements, and ensures all documents reflect contractual language and data accurately.
Manages ownership and/or leased intercompany contracts (e.g., renewals, reductions, lease terminations).
Effectively communicates with customers regarding account inquiries (contract changes, fee calculations, program hours) and partners with other department liaisons to triage problem resolution.
Prepares quality control reports, analyzes them to ensure contractual information is transferred accurately, generates ad‑hoc reports to determine transactional trends and compile monthly metrics, and works with Legal and Sales to resolve contract discrepancies and identify gaps.
