We are currently looking to hire a dynamic senior analyst/associate to join 1Sharpe Capital's real estate credit team. The candidate will ideally have 2-5years of background experience in any of the following industries: residential real estate, RTL origination or aggregation platform, mortgage credit or structured finance, capital markets, CRE real estate, asset management. This role will have a heavy emphasis in the residential transitional loan sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing real estate credit asset management firm. The position is on-site (San Francisco, CA). The candidate should be a self-starter, highly organized and enjoy working in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment. Examples of Roles & Responsibilities

Support firm in performing RTL, Construction, CRE deal credit review and trade execution Support firm in asset management and workout proposals Aid with fund level portfolio reporting (P&L, Performance, Investor Decks, etc) Support investor or lender data requests Aid team with general investment analysis, due diligence support, research and transaction management Work on ongoing operational process improvement efforts for 1Sharpe's business lines Education & Qualifications

2-5 years of relevant experience Must be able to work in the US Preferred Skillset & Abilities

High proficiency in microsoft excel, powerpoint, word, and outlook Ability to independently complete multiple time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team environment Excellent communication skills and ability to distill and summarize complex concepts Prior experience in structured finance, capital markets, real estate lending, accounting/finance background is a plus (but not necessary) The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $200,000 This role is eligible to receive an additional discretionary bonus annually Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
