What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Process patient insurance information and ensure timely and accurate submission of claims

Communicate with insurance payers regarding coverage and reimbursement for services rendered

Collaborate with revenue operations teams and clinic staff to maintain accurate patient information

Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Maintain confidentiality of all patient and company information in accordance with HIPAA regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in Revenue Cycle Management preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous experience in medical billing and reimbursement practices

Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement accounting principles

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Strong relationship-building skills with team members and other departments
