About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director of Corporate Development to spearhead strategic growth initiatives, partnerships, and major transactions across a multi-state health system. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of corporate development, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and values, and leading the optimization of the enterprise portfolio. This pivotal role involves overseeing M&A, divestitures, and joint ventures, with a strong focus on driving growth in the ambulatory care space, including surgery centers, imaging centers, and pharmacy services.
Candidates for this senior leadership position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years' of senior experience in healthcare, investment banking, or consulting. Direct transactional experience in ambulatory care segments is highly preferred. The role requires the ability to manage and lead high-performing teams, excellent communication, judgment, and executive stakeholder engagement skills. The Executive Director will also be tasked with building and maintaining strong external relationships with investors, partners, and community stakeholders, and must be adept at guiding enterprise corporate development strategy while upholding the organization's ethical standards.
