Construction Manager - Luxury Custom Homes

The Project Manager will be responsible for successful delivery of Luxury Waterfront Estates in Broward County, including tracking and managing materials, sub‑contractors, milestones, etc.
Our Client is a General Contractor that has an impeccable reputation for the past 30 years in delivering Luxury Home projects from $10M to $30M (Ground Up and Renovation) in construction cost.
Responsibilities
Direct overall project execution including estimating
Manage project milestones
Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients
Develop and maintain site logistics plan
Conduct quality inspections
Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts
Monitor costs, including labor time and material
Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates
Prepare and submit Superintendent's Daily Reports
Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings
Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing construction projects as a Project Manager
5+ years of Luxury Single Family Home Experience
Experience with building luxury homes in South Florida
Luxury Home Experience: $10M - $30M each (Construction Cost) - Required
Ground Up and Renovation of Custom Homes
Strong experience with ProCore, Buildertrend, or MS Project
OSHA 30 certification
Strong ability to read drawings and specifications
Experience with site work through CO.
Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
Desired Skills and Experience
10+ years of experience managing construction projects as a Project Manager
5+ years of Luxury Single Family Home Experience
Experience with building luxury homes in South Florida
Luxury Home Experience: $10M - $30M each (Construction Cost) - Required
Strong experience with ProCore, Buildertrend, or MS Project
OSHA 30 certification
