About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Private Credit division. The successful candidate will be a key leader within a small, dynamic deal team, with a primary focus on the full investment lifecycle. This includes leading the execution of market and industry research to support investment theses, overseeing financial modeling, valuation, and return analyses, driving due diligence processes, and presenting investment opportunities to the Investment Committee. The role also involves post-investment monitoring and support for portfolio companies, as well as mentoring and managing junior team members.
Applicants for the Vice President position should have 5-7 years' of relevant experience, with a background in investment banking (M&A), private credit, or private equity investing. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA or other advanced degree is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, and have a proven track record of leading transactions and managing cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a preference for experience or interest in sectors such as business services, industrials, manufacturing, and/or consumer are also key qualifications for this role.
