Your Impact As a Representative, you are the voice of the company. You won’t just answer questions; you’ll provide "the question behind the question" expertise to uncover unstated needs.

Consultative Service:

Analyze and resolve complex inquiries regarding account fees, regulatory requirements, and investment plans.

Relationship Building:

Document insights to help us "know our members better than anyone," driving deeper loyalty and trust.

Strategic Communication:

Articulate marketing strategies and product benefits, including tax implications, capital preservation, and lifetime income options.

Problem Solving:

Utilize "Lean" methodology and team huddles to drive first-time resolutions and continuous improvement.

Training (Weeks 1-4):

M-F, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (Hybrid: Tues/Wed in-office).

Training (Week 5):

Flexible hours between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST.

Post-Training:

Hybrid (2 days in-office / 3 days home). Flexible shifts Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST.

What You Bring

Experience:

At least 1 year in customer service or sales.

Education:

High school diploma required; a degree in Finance, Business, or Communications is a plus.

Technical Savvy:

Proficient with computers and able to learn complex financial software quickly.
