Document insights to help us "know our members better than anyone," driving deeper loyalty and trust.

Articulate marketing strategies and product benefits, including tax implications, capital preservation, and lifetime income options.
Problem Solving:
Utilize "Lean" methodology and team huddles to drive first-time resolutions and continuous improvement.
Training (Weeks 1-4):
M-F, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (Hybrid: Tues/Wed in-office).
Training (Week 5):
Flexible hours between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST.
Post-Training:
Hybrid (2 days in-office / 3 days home). Flexible shifts Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST.
What You Bring
Experience:
At least 1 year in customer service or sales.
Education:
High school diploma required; a degree in Finance, Business, or Communications is a plus.
Technical Savvy:
Proficient with computers and able to learn complex financial software quickly.
