Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Leasing Consultant located in Chevy Chase, MD. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for showcasing properties to prospective residents, managing all aspects of lease administration, and maintaining resident retention through excellent customer service. Day‑to‑day tasks include engaging with current and prospective residents, conducting property tours, answering inquiries promptly, preparing lease agreements, processing applications, and coordinating move‑in and move‑out activities. Building positive relationships within the community is a key focus of this role.
Qualifications
Experience with leasing, lease administration, and maintaining accurate lease‑related documentation.
Strong customer service and resident retention abilities with a focus on building long‑term relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with residents and team members.
Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with property management software and tools is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in real estate, property management, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in leasing, property management, or customer‑facing roles is advantageous.
