Present apartments/facilities to prospective tenants in a friendly and persuasive manner
Phone, email, and in person correspondence
Promote unoccupied units via social media and advertising platforms
Provide accurate information on the different features of units and facilities
Validate application information and references
Job Requirements/Skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation
Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and well-rounded time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
Hold or be willing to obtain Fair Housing course certification
Working knowledge of social media outlets and Microsoft Office applications
Possess an ability to work independently and thrive as part of a team
Appfolio experience is a plus
