Established General Contractors are seeking Superintendents to lead field operations on ground-up commercial and light industrial construction projects.
Responsibilities
Manage daily jobsite operations including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, and safety.
Oversee field execution to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Coordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders to resolve field issues and maintain progress.
Maintain daily reports and project documentation.
Qualifications
5+ years of superintendent experience on ground-up commercial or light industrial construction.
Experience with complex commercial or industrial facilities preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and field coordination.
Ability to lead multiple trades in an active construction environment.
Willingness to travel.
