Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Oklahoma City, OK, Kingfisher, OK, and Salina, KS. The Affordable Housing Property Manager will oversee the operations of affordable housing properties, including tenant relations, lease management, property maintenance coordination, and compliance with housing regulations. Responsibilities include ensuring the financial health of the property, managing budgets, preparing reports, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

Property management experience, including tenant relations, lease agreements, and fostering community engagement

Strong organizational and administrative skills for budgeting, reporting, and overseeing compliance with housing regulations

Knowledge of affordable housing programs, property maintenance requirements, and applicable laws and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support and communicate effectively with tenants, staff, and external stakeholders

Proficiency with property management software and basic computer applications

Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Prior experience working in affordable housing or a related field is a plus
