A well-established and growing manufacturing organization in the Southern region is seeking a technically strong, customer-focused Sales Engineer to serve as a key liaison between customers, sales, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities Client & Relationship Management

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts

Develop strong, consultative relationships to understand both business and technical needs

Educate customers on capabilities and solution pathways

Prepare accurate, competitive technical quotes

Collaborate with customers to define specifications and scope

Support new business development through high-level technical engagement

Project Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership

Manage projects from order placement through production

Coordinate with internal engineering, operations, and external vendors

Support supply chain readiness and execution

Engineering & Design Collaboration

Utilize CAD tools to support product customization

Ensure design feasibility and manufacturability

Provide secondary engineering support including sustaining engineering and process improvement initiatives

Performance & Growth Focus

Identify opportunities for efficiency, growth, and margin improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline

Experience in Sales Engineering or a similar technical-commercial role

Background working within a manufacturing or production-driven environment

Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration experienceCustomer-first mindset with strong commercial awareness
