Responsibilities Lead field operations from preconstruction through project closeout Oversee large-scale commercial ground-up builds and complex renovations ($1M–$30M+) Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure schedule, safety, and quality standards are met Utilize construction management software (Bluebeam, Procore, or similar) to drive efficiency and communication
Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably on commercial new construction and renovation projects Proven ability to manage projects ranging from $1M to $30M+ Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms Willingness to travel within the DMV region as project demands require
