Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This role will support our client's team by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across internal systems while assisting with day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working with high volumes of information while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases and Excel spreadsheets Review documents for accuracy and completeness prior to entry Identify and correct discrepancies in data Organize and maintain digital and physical files Generate basic reports and assist with data tracking as requested Support our client's team with additional clerical and administrative tasks Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards Qualifications
1+ year of data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to handle high-volume data entry in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Clear communication and ability to work both independently and collaboratively Note: Submissions to this position may be subjected to AI-assisted screening as part of preliminary candidate evaluation.
