Independent IT Recruiter (Remote, Direct Commission)

I'm a Full-Stack developer with 10 years of experience (.NET, Node.js, React, Angular, Vue.js) looking for my next freelance project.
Instead of going through a recruitment agency, I'm looking for an independent recruiter who works on a commission basis. Similar to agency rates (10–15%) but the margin goes directly to you, not a middleman, for as long as the project runs.
What I'm looking for in a project:
Back-end, front-end or full stack
Belgium (hybrid) or EU (remote)
Mostly remote preferred
Start: within 2 months
Preferably modern and fast-moving companies with a pragmatic culture, not a fan of heavy bureaucracy or endless meetings
Must-have:
Based in Belgium, UK, or Western Europe
Active connections in the IT industry as I'm looking to start within 2 months
