Your Mission
Own your territory and
control your outcomes
through face-to-face business-to-business sales
Build unshakable relationships with business leaders, becoming a trusted authority and advisor
Deliver tailored supplemental insurance solutions that meet your clients' needs—and exceed their expectations
Set ambitious goals, crush them, and push yourself beyond limits every single day
Lead your career on your terms, with full autonomy and authority over your schedule and sales approach
This role is built for those who take full responsibility, challenge themselves constantly, and thrive under pressure. Support is available, but the results are yours—and yours alone.
Work Location:
In-person, B2B field sales in your community
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends
Compensation:
$70,000–$90,000 annually (base draw + commissions + bonuses)

What You Bring
A take-charge, no-excuses attitude—you are fully accountable for your results
Independent, decisive, and relentless in pursuit of goals
Competitive, ambitious, and driven to outperform others—and yourself
Strong communication, consultative, and influence skills
Bachelor's degree or minimum of 5 years professional experience
Willingness to obtain State Health Insurance License (assistance and reimbursement provided)
Coachable only when it serves growth and strengthens your edge
