A leading global insurance group is seeking to hire an M&A Underwriter as it continues to expand its transactional risk offering into the LatAm market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, structuring, and underwriting reps & warranties policies across a wide range of cross-border transactions focused primarily on the LatAm market. Working closely with brokers, advisors, and deal teams, this role will place you at the heart of high-value international M&A activity.
Candidates will be fluent/native Spanish speaking and US qualified corporate attorneys with interest in taking on more strategic responsibility.
