Good Business is a product studio and AI-native SaaS incubator.
We build and launch focused, durable software products — often AI-driven — that solve real operational problems. Some are vertical SaaS. Some are workflow tools. Some are AI agents. All are built with clarity, speed, and commercial viability in mind.
We partner with founders and small teams to design MVPs, integrate AI, refine UX, and move from concept to traction quickly.
Now we’re looking for someone to help us turn products into revenue engines.
The Role We’re looking for a
founding Growth & GTM Lead
to own launches, positioning, and early revenue across multiple SaaS ideas.
This is not a brand marketing role.
This is not a social media job.
This is not a “strategy deck” position.
You will:
Define ICPs and refine positioning
Architect go-to-market strategies
Launch new SaaS products from 0 → traction
Build and test acquisition channels
Create landing pages and funnels
Run outbound and/or product-led growth experiments
Drive early MRR and validate repeatable channels
Work directly with the founder on offer, messaging, and pricing
Contract to start. High ownership. High autonomy. Potential to evolve into a long-term leadership role.
Austin preferred. Open to remote for the right person.
What Success Looks Like
Clear ICP and positioning within 30 days
First validated acquisition channel within 90 days
Early MRR across one or more products
Repeatable funnel with measurable CAC and conversion benchmarks
Documented GTM playbooks for future launches
What We’re Looking For You’ve:
Launched at least one SaaS product from early stage
Built demand from scratch (not inherited a big brand)
Worked in lean, founder-led environments
Owned revenue outcomes — not just marketing metrics
You can:
Write sharp landing page copy
Build and optimize funnels
Run paid acquisition tests
Execute outbound B2B sequences
Set up analytics and measure what matters
Kill channels quickly when they don’t work
Bonus points if you’ve worked on:
AI-native products
Vertical SaaS
Product-led growth models
Early-stage startups (sub $1M ARR)
Compensation Contract to start.
Comp structured around base + performance.
Upside available for someone who can build real traction.
